As a Lead Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of software products across their entire lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and leadership to drive technical excellence and support the professional growth of the software team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software products across their entire lifecycle
• Manage and support the software team, ensuring they have the knowledge and training needed to succeed
• Ensure software development follows Agile working methods
• Support software succession planning and training of new employees

‍

Relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Competences:

• Master’s degree in technology, computer science, or a similar field
• 8+ years of experience as a professional software developer
• Experience working as a lead in software development
• Experience with both modern and legacy technologies — current stack includes React, Node.js, TypeScript, and older C code
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English
• Strong people leadership skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working with both modern (React, Node.js, TypeScript) and legacy (C) technologies
• Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with technical leadership in complex software environments
